Born and brought up in Russia Tatiana went to the Bolshoi Boarding School at 6 years old, the beginnings of a career with the world famous Bolshoi Ballet Company where she rose to become a principle dancer. She danced the lead role in over 30 ballets and travelled to some 60 countries worldwide.

She graduated from University with distinction having studied amongst other subjects Sports Science, Anatomy and Physiology.

Tatiana has a distinguished record training athletes as diverse as the USSR Olympic Wrestling team to the Bradford Bulls Rugby League Team and the Nottingham Panthers Ice Hockey Team. All have benefited from extensive knowledge and experience in areas such as Flexibility and Core Stability.
