The training session films made available on this website are for professional athletes who need to improve their flexibility, balance, strength and stamina and particularly focuses on using your core stability throughout, which will help to improve your posture.
You should already have a high degree of fitness and flexibility before undergoing these exercises.
Like any exercise programme it is advisable to consult with a doctor before commencing and this is particularly important if you are undergoing treatment or if you have had any recent injury.
If you experience any pain or discomfort, you should stop immediately and consult your doctor. The exercises should be slow and controlled in comfortable clothing and with a mat for the floor work. For many of the exercises you will need a well inflated gym ball that when you sit on it allows you to have your knees and hips at 90 degrees.
